WiFi card freeze the system

I have a big problem: The pilot of my WiFi card (TRENDnet TEW-423PI) made freezer Windows XP. This period of freeze appears after 30min approximately freeze and the PC every 3 sec. To remedy this problem, I must deactivate / reactivate the WiFi card and the period of freeze again after 30min .When this occurs freeze period, the connection to the access point is muted. . I said that I have this problem on Windows XP, Windows Vista, the connection is stable, it impact 'with the same driver ...

PS. This problem should not be material because the WiFi card works fine under Ubuntu 8.04 and Windows Vista SP1

you updated all your drivers ? if not then download latest drivers for your WiFi card.

Can you do the test by disabling your Antivus ? it happened to me (avc Avast), and i uninstall it , and change antivirus. tell us what it is

That, I found the answer to my problem since this evening ! its just simply disable Avast! and since I have not had this problem :biggrin:
