SuperPi results / AMD Overdrive
On 1m calculations 24,867.
9950@3.2 GHz (16x200.) 1.3500v. Air-cooled 40 degrees idle, 46 load.
Is 800mhz a pretty good clock effort for the AMD. However, some problems getting it stable. Memories are PC6400 4-4-4-12 2t.
Someone who knows how high we can raise the clock?
Must also say that AMD overdrive works a little weird. When I ran 16 x 200 3dmarks still shows 2600 MHz, CPU core also shows error, 2981mhz. When I raise multiple it then lowers the FSB: CPU-Z shows, however, the same as overdrive. Weird!
Re: SuperPi results / AMD Overdrive
3.2GHz is clearly respectable. It will probably go a little bit to clean off.
1.45V will probably not be any greater danger.
Re: SuperPi results / AMD Overdrive
I have been up in my 3.4 but it was a little hot, so now I run it in 3.0

Yep. I will squeeze a bit more again. Is not interested in stable but just how far one can go with overdrive. Managed to run a few yards and 3dmark06 at 3.2 but I'm not really satisfied.

Please share other results? Voltage, multiples and frequencies :)
Heat is no problem so far, but I will raise the clock a bit more so it is perhaps early to say anything. Has a 125w 9950, good flowrate in the bottle.
