Change chipset
Hello
I like playing video games, but I have big problem with lag in games fairly recent, and yet ...
My pc:
Fujitsu Simens computers Intel (R)
Pentium (R) 4 CPU 3.20 GHz.
2.5GB RAM (I add 2 strips in GB)
Graphics: Intel (R) 82945G Chipset Family
It is not super in config but I read several Chipset forum that was built into the motherboard and not powerful, especially for video games ...
That is why I came here, what do I do to put a good graphics card that runs well and not too expensive (100 see 150 € max)
I must change my motherboard?
If so I would be ready to double the budget.
So I am asking what config will be the best to enjoy the games graphic videos.
Motherboard:?
Graphics:?

Re: Change chipset
lag is more a term for games and this network tied to ... network. C that you describe is more a slowdown linked to lack of power of your graphics card.
For graphics card I let the expert answer.
But in any case is almost certain that it comes from the integrated Intel because it rarely beasts race.
Do you know what type of graphics port cartge you on your motherboard? AGP or PCI Express?

Re: Change chipset
If there is no need to change the motherboard, or it must choose the graphics card function.
What type of games and quality, definition screen wanted?
In your place I would put a maximum HD4850 which will allow you to play the new games, but not to peak still playable in medium definition.
If you want to play the new games with a good level must change everything in your pc.

Re: Change chipset
chipset is then integrated to play c clear is not top
and even your config Japanese general it is better to change
for not too expensive:
nice kit = 155
hd4830 = 100
TOTAL: 255
It really hope you can play and then I think it will take some time given the opportunity to potential CPU and cg.
