Have a common problem with SCRUNCH. Searched for computers / accessories and sound card and read the dynamic overclocking could be the culprit.
Has a msi d8t neo motherboard, and I can choose to turn off the overclocking. It is recommended.
Is extremely caring on computers and dare not do it without anyone giving little insight and advice. Think that the computer will explode if I make a mistake :D
I think it might be a good idea to turn the clock over the no. I have heard from several quarters that it can cause problems in music programs. I myself have not even tried to have it running, because I have heard many warnings :rolleyes2
In what context do you have SCRUNCH? When you use your music, always or anything else?
Nah, just when I use my music. Especially when computer has been a while and it starts to work again and then I do midi to audio.
It is in such a case full speed all the time. Overclocking means that the clock will be raised to more than what the processor is supposed to run on (more than full speed) - so you lose really nothing to it.

If it is only in audio applications, it may indeed be your latency settings.Testing so the overclock does not work to increase your latency. Perhaps help?
