Problem with ATI Radeon HD3870

Almost any time I can not play any games with my PC, just any game after a few minutes brings me back to the desktop, at first I thought it was a matter of fact some casino with driver changes and stuff and then formatted my PC and reinstall everything, the result no change and continued the same problem, to which I thought might be a problem of video card ATI 1950 so I enjoy the opportunity and I have changed, the result always the same, I run yet another format but the problem is not resolved, and now really do not know that + fish take, you copy below the report of everest to make you see the configuration of my PC.

Hello, I do not think that is because this problem also gave me a ati1950 practically this summer I never played with PC because I worked until late and was inactive for about 4 months, from when I challenged my motorcycle has always given that bug ...
