i have a zebronics 8800GT 512MB
stock speeds:
core-600mhz
memory:900mhz
shader:1500mhz
my specifications
psu: zebronics 500watts 80% efficiency
mobo: gigabyte p35-ds3r
cpu: E6600 2.4ghz(stock cooler)
ram:1x2gb corsair 667mhz
HD:160gb+250gb seagate
LG dvd-rw drive
is the psu enough to overclock?

There are many tools available freely in the market for overclocking, and one which I use is RivaTuner. Google for it and download it freely.
