If you do not do something as well, nothing happens?
But I guess should be between 100-500 fsb to be fair. Also depends through what chilling is going through.
How many FSB you can raise it depends on how much luck you have with processor. Then what ducks on the Clock without raising volts ... yes it is just to watch what can happen when you reach the limit, is that the computer does not start and you may clear the CMOS. If you want, you can increase the volts a bit so it is customary to be able to watch a bit more.
