Guitar Hero III and bug Lags

I just bought Guitar Hero 3 and my surprise, the game lag dramatically I can not make a single song.

So I play, my home and no lag (configuration : 2 GB ram, P4 3.0 Ghz, 9600 GT), the game runs high without problem, but with a lower card, what are your configuration ?

1512 GB of RAM
Nvidia 7600 GT overclocked
P4 2.9 Ghz
Xp

And I did not yet installed patches should i ?

Technically it happening, I had a 7600 GS and it was not genial genial but it passed, but the GS are more powerful than the GT, you drop all the graphic option (resolution, removing the public etc etc)?
