Psswcore
Am having a Vista system connected with HP All-in-One printer. Obviously I have its software installed on my computer. Now the problem started when I installed HP Photo smart Essential 2.5 separately yesterday. As I don’t need HP software frequently I removed it using the tool (\util\ccc\Uninstall_L4) provided in its installation CD. But still the problem exists. Any help please?

Re: PSSWCORE
Though remove any software from your system but it leaves its few files or registry entries on the system, and I doubt that could be creating the problem. Hence, open disk cleanup or try removing these files/folders manually. Also make sure to disable HP Software services from System Configuration by typing MSCONFIG in the start menu.

Re: PSSWCORE
After quite a few months having to deal with this problem, and trying to get help from the so-called HP technical team (non-existant), I have found the answer..
I do not suffer from the problem anymore. it is the ultimate solution.
1. Disconnect your HP Printer.
2. Do not use the HP software to remove the installation.
3. Go to the control Panel
4. Under 'Programs', select 'uninstall program'.
5. Select everything that belongs to 'HP'
6. Uninstall everything from this company
7. When finished, take the HP Printer and disk
8. Destroy with a hammer or any other heavy object
9. Throw in garbage, where it belongs
10. Purchase a Dell V305w. (same price, but wireless connected, and does everything a HP device will do)
11. Install..............
12. Be Happy
13. (Tell your friends NOT to buy HP, they will be your friends for life)!
