Error code 39 In Windows Vista and XP - Recorder Disappeared

Yesterday my Windows Vista or XP computer Have no longer Access to Recorder or Dvd Drive in My Computer and displays a splendid code 39 Error in the device manager,it further more say

pls help to Solve this problem

If you Facing this King of Problem then it can Be solve Easily . and This method Works Both on Windows Vista and Windows Xp.

First please save your registry using this Trick http://forums.techarena.in/tips-twea...ackup+registry

Once this precaution taken

1. Click Start
   
   
2. Open the Run command (you can also press the Windows key and press "R")
   
   
3. Type this: regedit
   
   
4. This Windows will appear

5. Navigate to the key:
   
   Code:

   ---

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Class \ (4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318)

   ---

6. In Right Pane , Delete values and Upperfilters Lowerfilters if they are there. (Sometimes there is only one)
   
   
7. Close the Registry Editor and restart your PC.
   
   
8. Open your work happily and see the Power of your burner.
