Price evolution of Core i7
Comes time to upgrade my old computer, dealing a lot with serious "flightsimming", ie Flight Simulator 2004 with heavy addon, sceneries and weather. In the near future as it comes out more and more realistic supplement to flight simulator x, I will probably go over more and more into it. These two games are unfortunately quite demanding so I started to consider waiting out the Core i7, said that the FSX benefit from i7 on a very good way.
Then the problem, the prices of i7 system with the performance I ask is a little too high today. How do you think prices will develop in processors, motherboards & memories? Intel will launch more models of i7 in near future? Have tried to look for information on the Internet, but gone bit so I hope there is someone here who can help me predict little about the future.
Thank you!
Re: Price evolution of Core i7
Will not let go mainstream versions later next year, it seems, however, that they will have a different socket than these i7 models that are out there right now. The hope was to help SMB.
Re: Price evolution of Core i7
Yes, mainstream Processors will have a different socket than it is for the new Processors available today. Believe that the main streams Processors will have a base in 1066 or something like that.
Re: Price evolution of Core i7
They were not 13xx something less than 66 only? Same thing they play is the big deal, given that they are a different socket in any case. Anyone who has any idea what price the speed they will be on, at an approximate?
