When I connect to the internet, I get error 678. If I turn firewall, then everything is fine. But to live without a firewall is not an option :rolleyes: what may be the problem?

What is your Firewall? change your firewall and then try !!
I use Zone Alarm.
Check all your settings and set them to state. Or otherwise completely remove and reinstall it.
