HandBrake 0.9.3 now convert all formats
A new version of HandBrake transcoding video is available. Akin to a minor upgrade, from version 0.9.2 to version 0.9.3, this update is in fact a major novelty: it can now transcode many video formats (all those supported by libavformat and libavcodec) and is no longer confined to the backup DVD. It does more, however the engine for decrypting DVD protected, but is still able to appeal to the VLC if it is installed.
Through a simple, with many predefined profiles to players including Apple, HandBrake can convert virtually any type of video in MPEG-4 or H264. The libraries used for various audio and video codecs supported have also been updated, while a new filter deinterlacing advantage of multi-core processors made its appearance and some bugs, such as synchronization concerns are resolved .
Free, the software is compatible with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux and is available in several languages .
