After I login, I get the following message:

module cannot be found

Tried to google it, but couldn't find anything...

I'd suggest a scan for malware.

Sounds like your antivirus software did half the job. It identified and
removed a nasty, but it didn't remove the startup entry that loads it.

Go here, download autoruns and use it to locate and remove the entry that
loads that file:
