Movie Maker version 6.0 Service Pack 1 on Windows Vista
I’m using Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 on Sony VAIO laptop. I only use Windows Movie Maker to for all type of video editing purpose. At present I’m working on project with about 100 video clips which goes upto 10 minutes of duration. Every goes fine, I’m also able to add Audios and picture in the project. Its all completed but as soon as I try to save the movie, the application gets shutdown itself without any warning or error.
When I restart the project it tales about 30 minutes to recheck the project but again shut downs if I try saving movie. I have wasted a day on this so far but yet the same problem. Can anyone please help me out with any solution?

This is very strange problem. I have used Movie maker for along times but have never faced such problem. To me it appears most probably the problem is due to lack of resources of your system. The best i can suggest you is test IMHO. It would create 2 or more smaller projects and save them in a movie format...then re-import them to be combined into a final movie.
