Motorokr E6 sound problem

Hi friends, i am facing problem with my Motorokr E6. i don't get sound When i play an audio or video file in my phone. it works fine when i connect my headphone with the phone. everything is fine in my phone settings. any idea ?

Hi , go to master reset and set the code, the original code is 000000 press ok and wait if this does not work contact motorola service centre.

same problem here. i reset my cell but still the problem is there. i have the same handset rokr e6.
