its showing some error
Trie it downloadin 3 to 4 but showin same error again an again

Can you tell us what error its giving? Then it will easy to solve this. Or first uninstall it then cleans its registry entries with CCleaner then again install it.

Is this happens with specific website or with all. I was facing same kind of problem with gmail.Clearing your cookies for this site may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
