Trouble with BIOS on my motherboard Intel DQ965GF

Three days ago I tried to update the BIOS on my motherboard Intel, a DQ965GF . it went wrong, saying that my system was not valid and will not be that thing .I thought that nothing had been done with the BIOS, But that review the everest I noticed now is not recognized my plate, something that prior to I reviewed the site of Intel and did not find anything useful ... I tried to restore the matter as saying on the site, download botear for the BIOS, I took the jumper for the restoration and everything and it was not possible . the pc works fine ... the only problem is that the data on my motherboard does not recognize any program ...
There will be a way to solve it? will put an earlier bios ? or so I leave no more ?

I updated the bios of a msi and a ecs with the programs coming out in its pages, and updated the bios alone without problems ..
