Problem NVIDIA GeForce 8400M

I recently purchased a Dell laptop vostro 1310 Core 2 Duo 1.8GHz, 1GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS.

When I leave the PC from hibernation, stops on a screen that tells me there is a problem with the file nv4_disp and that the pilot of the graphics card is stuck in an infinite loop

Someone he knows what I can do to fix that?
