How to recover PDA contacts and notes

I just change my pda. The former running Windows Mobile 3 and the new Windows Mobile 5.
I have a naive question to ask: How can I take to recover PDA on the new notes and contacts of the former. I said that the 2 PDAs are equipped with Bluetooth connectivity. Thank you for your help

If your old was synchronized with your PC (via Outlook), simply synchronize the new and you find your contact / appointment / notes.
