Small capacity: Seagate 7200.11 320 GB x2
Average capacity: Seagate 7200.11 500 GB x2 (less good performance than the 320 and 640 GB given the lower density trays).
Great capacity: Seagate 7200.11 640 GB x2
Seagate is the most reliable brand and reputation is by far.
I also have a RAID 0 of 7200.10 250 GB.
