My screen turns off after two minutes, it becomes really black but not extinguished. I turn it off and then on it and the image returns again for two minutes, etc....
Any one have an idea to fix it?

Can you give us more info? Especially your monitor model. If it goes into standby mode automatically, it is certainly overheating or short circuit (current loss).
My screen is ASUS MW221C.
Also, I tested my screen on another computer and it does not turn off after 2 minutes, quite strange ...
I also tested another screen on my computer and it does not turn off either, so there should not be any problem with my computer?
Then possibly it's your graphics card that is having the problem. when you turn on the screen, the image is displayed but automaticly shut-off of your screen considers that there is no information flowing through the video cable and therefore your screen automatically switch to standby after 2 minutes.
