Windows XP Won’t Completely Shutdown
Hi , Keegan Here
I have been using Xp for quite Sometimes Now. and have been facing this particular problem for sometimes.Even after completing and saving my work when i try to shutdown my computer. it simply would not shutdown. Then ultimately i have to power it off using main switch on the switch board. can doing this be harmful to my PC? pls provide an alternative solution to it.

Hi Keegan, there is a simple way of Solving your Problem.
Here the method to That.
- Click on Start button
- Select Settings
- Go to Control Panel
- In Control Panel Double click on Power Options.,
- Select APM Tab
- In APM Tab Check the "Enable Advanced Power Management support."
- Click Apply and OK To save changes.

I follow correctly till step 4 but but when i open power option there was no APM tabs there in it with "Enable Advanced Power Management support." to checked it. i am confused did i followed you correctly or there was really no option available pls help
