Nero 9 installation problem

Yesterday I was trying to install Nero 9 trial version but it does not. Also, I can not uninstall it in the panel configuration.

Even I can no longer access the System Restore. I tried to run System restore but nothing opens. When I run again, Windows tells me that the utility restoration is already under way?

Need your advice.
