Reminder messages in Outlook 2003

I have the following problem:

I would like in Outlook 2003, when I post a message to send someone an alarm activated! This memory will remind me that I am still waiting for a response. And like the existing function only the recipient to remember!

Do you understand what I mean? Somebody has an idea or because one knows precisely from?

Yes it works but as I said it is not! I might have sent messages to simply right mouse button -> to track -> add memory!
But I would like to direct if I write the message to add something! just like when I get a reminder to the recipients only add to myself!
