I have Movie Maker for Vista and it keeps crashing! Whenever I try to publish a movie with avi flies in it, it crashes! I'm a newbie so please try to make this as simple for me as you can. If this is posted in the wrong spot please move it. Help me! Please and thank you! :wub:
Hi Moelike ,here is a solution of your problem
In Movie Maker go to Tools - Options
Select the “Compatibility” tab.
It has 2 filters display (AVI Decompressor and XviD MPEG-4 Video Decoder)
unchecked both of them. Clicked OK
Then tried to publish a movie.
Download the latest version of Movie maker For vista
