Unable to activate Windows Server 2003 x64 Enterprise SP2 (MSDN)

I just installed windows this morning. The activation screen gives me error
32777 and tells me it could not contact the activation server. The machine is
able to access the network and internet and I have applied all Windows
updates successfully. Another server I set up this morning activated
successfully.

I checked all of the articles relating to this error message. Now I have a
second server that has the same issue. The weird part is that a third server
was able to activate with no issues. All server have Windows installed
identically.
