My computer messed up yesterday. I know I had seen a XP repair guide here but didn't remembered it where. Can some one direct me to towards that guide so that I can repair my computer rather than re-installing the OS again.

Ahh messed up in what sense? Caught by spyware or just screwed up? If it isn't any malware activity then use System Restore to roll it back.

Thanks for your reply but I am not sure what exactly is the problem with my computer. It appears to me as if my HDD is full.
In that case just reinstall the OS again and format your hard drive. Don't worry about your important data, you can save anything important if needed. This will help you in a much better way and you will be sure everything is in a fairly clean state.
