Problem converting mp3 to audio file using Nero
I want to make an audio CD using Nero. However with a bulk of mp3 files I downloaded from Internet, Nero seems like its taking the mp3 files and keeps doubling the number of minutes for each tune.
I am having Nero's 6.6.1.15 version.
So are there any free programs that take mp3 files and burn them to make an audio CD?

I am also using Nero and never experienced or heard of such things before. Are you having some other issues also other than this like quality difference?

Yes, I converted the mp3 songs which I had downloaded them to wav files with the help of nero but the quality decreased. I entered the configure options and found different settings (which I did not touched before). What is this?

Here are some audio converters. Hope this will help you in some way.

I am not sure what it is doing on your side but according to me the Nero has set to put aside for the pause between the tracks. An audio cd is usually .wav format, which is uncompressed (involves no encoding).

Why don't you use winamp for converting audio files!
