can't resize windows explorer
There is a user that looks to be having some issues with resizing their Windows Explorer. It will just open and there is no option to resize and it cannot be dragged to make the Window bigger? Can anyone tell me whether there is a registry key or some tools that can be installed to solve this problem?
Re: can't resize windows explorer
What happens when the user places the tip of their mouse pointer on any edge of the window, does it become a double headed arrow? Is the user able to see a minus sign and a box shape in the upper right corner of the window, to the left of a red 'X'? When the user is clicking on the icon then in the top of the window, does a menu appear with size as one of the options?
Re: can't resize windows explorer
Thanks for the reply, the user can maximize and minimize the window, but they are not getting the double headed arrow when trying to customize the size of the window. But they can do the same in other applications likes Office, Internet Explorer, etc.
