CRC error when installing Windows

Hello,

I have a laptop, if I want to install XP, there comes CRC Check.

What does this mean? i 've search at Google, but found nothing suitable to Windows installation.

Either the CD / DVD, or RAM, or a file is corrupted.

Not exactly know, the PC is switched off again just occasionally. Earlier also where I've tried it again installed ...
