Hello, I wanted (maybe) to buy an E8500.
But I wanted to know the difference between the 8200 8300 8400 8500
Is the right number?
You know exactly the values of many of them all?

Certainly! The only difference is the multiplier. Therefore depends on how often you want and how you want to overclock it / can you do.
E8200 has 8x (2.66 GHz)
E8300 was 8.5x (2.83 GHz)
E8400 has 9x (3 GHz)
E8500 was 9.5x (3.16 GHz)
Everyone has 65W TDP and all have 6MB of L2 cache
Thank you very much!
As I thought, we want the 8500. I want to put some ice under phase.
Tip: you sell the Q6600 x what?
Well a quad is always a quad. But if you want to benchmark etc. or you need the multi tasking of quad core, you'll want to take a quad at 45nm. It goes without saying that the dual rise of more...
Look, as I see it sincerely the sales, why others should think more about things that need only two core, less heat and more work. I think under ice and under phase you'll have more fun!
I better keep the quad core because you have an x38 that is not behaving well in overclocking with the wolf ... serves a 965. And then a quad in their daily goes more with the ecezzione that do not use programs that support the SSE4 where a 45nm will be 50% more.
Do not use programs that usually is. I saw a situation where the 8500 games all on a default in some cases and was above the QX and in any case always above the Q6600. Must be x48 with a little better?
Quad a life .. the q6600 is a great mutual and a new 45nm quad, where nn are qx, nn are due to molty to 8x and 8.5x. E8500 over but if you want to type in 3dmark 06 or you have a quad or nn and now more and more games are developed using four cores.
Then I think I should buy, like the other!
This was what I wanted to advise So by the end q6600 we do little about 120USD. It is worth much more to me...to the devil q9450/9550.
Well said! I have also seen that in spite of overclocking 45nm sn not improved much!
To go climb, and less heat. But we do too little with that Q6600, for that money so keep it true!
Then becoming comfortable having 2
