Free Airtel Broadband Connection

I have read somewhere about Airtel's Freedom 550 plan and according to them they were offering a free broadband connection with that. Is this true?

Can anyone give me more details about it?

Freedom 550 plan gives a 'free broadband' Internet connection at a speed of upto 512 kbps with a free download limit of 550 MB per month. In addition to it, the customer will receive free call value of Rs 550 per month. This plan also offers customers the benefit of online service with e-bills, e-payment options and online customer care support.
