Help needed with Problem Reports

I am using Windows Vista on HP Pavilion DV7. Just while roaming in the control panel, I clicked on Problem Reports and solutions to see what is it about but got there two problem reports that are as follows:

I don’t have any idea what is it all about. Can anyone help please ?

You don’t need to worry about these things unless and until your system is working fine. I don’t even thing you should get any problem because of these. The both problems you have mentioned are related to QuickPlay software that is actually a product of HP itself. Am sure you are using HP laptop, right ? So don’t worry and forget that problem reports.
