How can I hide the menu bar in IE ?

I would like in hide menu bar IE (6) the complete. Also ,... So file ... and with the arrow, etc. The above only the title bar is. How does that work? If it is not for it, I would also want to change on the IE7 or IE8 .

On "View / toolbar" remove the checkmark next to "menu bar". Then press the Alt key and the menu bar is gone. You can download it on demand over the "Alt" button again.
