Lag problem in CZ

Hello all,
I expose my problem, hoping that someone knows the solution:).
So I installed counter strike: zero condition to play with some friends, or when I go on a server I always at regular intervals (I think) of lags, as my players is chosen "not even during and after it 1s continuing to walk. So in full combat is quite frustrating (and even outside). Yet, I have a good ping ranging from 25-35 on 3 / 4 servers. I do not therefore understand where this might come.
Here is my config:

• ASUS M2N-SLI
• AMD Athlon X2 4600 +
• ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2
• 2 GB of RAM.

It is not always depend on the server, i think this time it is your graphic card .

if you added new skins and ur lagging its because your PC is too slow.

if yo u say

"when i use fraps it lags"
make sure you are not recording with fraps, and using it to see fps (even tho u could type cl_showfps 1 or net_graph 3)
