Hi i have completed my graduation from mumbai university, and now i am doing Company secretary course.Please suggest me some useful books for company secretaries course .

Well, it is always good to refer text book of ICSI for financial management, treasury and derivatives and suggested answers issued by the institute. Dont rely on private publications for this subject. Institute module is very good for practical questions which are covered at the end of the book. If you are also a CA Final student then you shuold not worry at all, refer A.N Sridhar's book of MAFA.
