How to format Nokia N81 ?

There is some problem with Nokia N 81 so that i want to format my Nokia N 81 Can some one tell me How to format Nokia 81 Only phone not Memory Card.

For a format (deletes all applications, settings, etc.) type *#7370# in standby and enter your security code (which is likely 12345, unless you changed it). and if you want to reset to factory settings (keeps applications, deletes settings), type *#7780#.

Type *#7370# for format then enter PIN no which you save in your phone. By default pin code is 12345.

When you type *#7370# it will ask you for lock code not the pin code. pin code is related to sim card.

My phone is Nokia 5300 nad i want to format it but lost or forgotten my code. Is there any cheat or code to by pass it and format it apart from flashing the phone
