Virus don't let me to do anything

1. It do not let me boot the antivirus NOD 32 or lets me analyze my computer while I said that the virus works, nor let me update

2. I cannot run anti-virus.

3. Do not let me start in safe mode because of an error in windows.

4. the task manager does not work because it has been disabled by an administrator.

5. System Restore will does not works because it has been disabled directly. I tried to get out the anti-ad-ware and I didn't .

I tried cleaning computer online and all pages error.

Only occurs to you that you look for one of these OS (XP, Vista, whatever you have) that allows the system to boot from the DVD, as if there is no hard drive.

thanks to what you told me I found a disk that allowed me to boot the computer from the CD and let me connect to a scan on line, worst of the disc is that the virus that brings is not of much help, but your advice helped me much.
