RealNetworks Announces Boingz WiiWare Game For Wii

Digital entertainment services provider RealNetworks Inc (Nasdaq:RNWK)
announced on Friday (3 October) the launch of Boingz, its first WiiWare
game for the Nintendo Wii gaming platform.

According to the company, the game, developed by NinjaBee, an
independent division of Wahoo Studios, and published by Real,
introduces players to stretchy little critters who have found
themselves scattered about an alien world. Players must help the Boingz
free the rest of their friends and find their way back home by solving
a series of puzzles across thirty levels. Using the Wii Remote to grab,
stretch and fling the rubber-band bodies of the Boingz, players direct
the team one by one to bounce around the environments, traverse the
seas and build bridges with their own bodies.

'Boingz' was shown for the first time on Friday (3 October) at
Nintendo's Fall Media Summit and will be available soon for download
via WiiWare. No financial or pricing details were disclosed.

The concept is cool, but I’ll have to see some reviews and videos before making my mind up.
