Nokia 6630 1GB memory card issue

Hi friends,
I m using Nokia 6630.previously i was using 512mb memory card in it ,but recently i bought a new 1 gb memory card.when i cross 500+ mb data in the mobile the memory card got corrupted.please solve my problem.
is this memmroy card problem or phone software problem?
my phone software version is v 6.03.08. 13-02-06.

hey use the NOKIA's original memory card.then it wont happen,i also had the same problem but it went after words.

N6630 can not handle 1gb of memory card,N-Series models can.512mb is enough for N6630.
