If you are starting now, I say VB. I programmed VB... is very intuitive.

I don't know if such program is there or not but i think it will be helpful if i know any program that can teach the user about the basic interface & help audio visually to understand programming!
Ruby and Python are the best choices. You can get free interactive programming books at http://roorky.com. Learning a new programming language is a snap with these books.Quote:
