Partition Magic is not a freeware tool. The only thing you can do is get the trail version from the official site of Symantec for free use. Then the product will cost you $65 approx to get a full version which is a license copy. The tool offers you Partitions hard drive, Create, resize, copy partitions and Run multiple operating systems. What you mean by "how to download the full version for free". Downloading trick is one and the same by clicking download link. If you dont want to buy and want a full version for free than you need to spend some time on torrents or else. But be aware these site contains malicious malware or viruses with the application. :thumbup1:
