2 monitors attached to one CPU?

Hi,
I want to know if i can attach 2 monitors to my CPU?
So i can use the other window as an output purpose & all!
So is it possible & for this what do i need?

Yes you can attach a second monitor & get it work i have seen such type of setup many time but don't know what exactly you need for this?
