Cannot Install Photoshop CS3 extended version

i installed ...PS CS3 Extended on my Vista PC ...but it did not run ...was a corrpt installation ...so i tried to uninstall it ...i could not uninstall it ... so i deleted all the program files ...
Now I am trying to install it again ..it shows the following
