vsp files?

Hello everyone! My concern is that : I downloaded a game which I then unpacked with WinRAR. And here I find myself with files vsp I can not read. I downloaded Ulead video, which is responsible for dealing with this kind of file but I can not serve me ... Who would have a track for me?
