How to connect an ide hard drive of a home pc to laptop

ok, here's the deal. I am working on my sisters laptop Hp T7250 with intel core 2 duo 2 ghz & ram 2 gb. I have also got another home pc & I wanted to know if it is possible to connect the ide hard drive of my home pc to this laptop? Now that I think the agp slot of my home pc is gone or something weird had happened to it so therefore I want all my data's to transfer from the home pc ide hard drive to my laptop. If anyone knows about any solution for it then it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
