Reset DRM
This is Windows Vista laptop running with Windows Media Player 11. Due to some reason I need to reset my DRM. As I am not aware of the process I searched and found the steps mentioned in windowsmedia FAQ. Now the problem is according to those steps, the DRM folder should be located at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DRM but it is not there.
Any idea what is reason? Somebody please help.

Re: Reset DRM
That folder might be hidden hence you should first change the view settings in Windows Explorer to “Show hidden files and folders”. You can do this from Windows Explorer > Organize, View Tab and check mark Show Hidden Files. For better results also unhide the box for “Hide protected operating system files.". Now go to that location and see if you are able to find DRM folder.
For more help on this, you can checkout this KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/891664/en-us

Re: Reset DRM
Thanks a lot for the help friend. It was hidden hence I wasn’t able to locate. Anyways, I have not found it and it seems to be empty.
Can you please confirm that deleting this file will be safe or not?
