MTNL Night unlimited plan speed upto 2 Mbps

MTNL Night unlimited plan - DSL NU 849 In that customer will get unlimited Downloading and surfing in night time : 0000 hrs to 0800 hrs. In this paln you will also get 1.25 GB Monthly Free Data Download after that charges will be Re.1 per Mb. Now you can surf and download unlimited in night from 12.00 am to 8.00 pm you will get minimum guaranteed speed 256 Kbps to 2Mbps.

I am currently using DSL 749 plan i would definitely switch to it. Because in Rs. 849 i am getting night unlimited downloading and surfing.

I don't think that MTNL will provide 2 Mbps speed. They will provide speed upto max to max 1 Mbps.

Why MTNL plans are costly then other operator ? I don't think that MTNL will provide speed of 2 mbps in Night.
