The DVD drive of my pc has stopped working. I tried number of things to fix it but the same does not worked. Now I want to install Office and I am having the CD with me. I want to know that is there a way to install the same without using the CD. I am trying to find out some solution on web, but everywhere people says that I have to copy the setup in the pc and then check back. Or else it will not at all work.
You can do that by downloading a trail version of Microsoft Office 2007 in your system. Just install the trail version and then activate it using your license key. It will work. That is the only way left. Under all condition you will need to copy the setup of Office in your pc and then you can run the setup.
It is correct that you will have to move the setup in your pc and then only you can perform the setup. It would be a complete waste of time if you go for download. The same will be easily around 600 to 700MB. Can you copy the same through someone else pc. Once the setup is in your system you can re-install office as many time as you want.
